Welcome to Sea & RV Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (www.seaandrvmobiledetailing.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
1. Services
We provide mobile auto detailing services for cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and other vehicles. All services are subject to availability and may be declined at our discretion.
2. Appointments and Payment
- All services require an appointment, which can be booked via our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as listed on our website.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- A cancellation fee of $150 or up to 20% of the quoted service fee may apply for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The vehicle or vessel must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location.
- The vehicle or vessel should be cleared of personal belongings before detailing begins.
- A water spigot, and a power outlet that can handle an output of 750 watts is required for service.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the surface or interior.
- We are not liable for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
- We cannot guarantee protection from environmental conditions after service (e.g., rain, dust, bird droppings).
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services or website, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
